Join us for a monthly wellbeing walk. We know that being in nature can really boost our physical and mental health, yet it can be hard to get into a routine of going outside regularly.
Susie holds monthly Wellbeing Walks, round Bonnybridge Nature Reserve. Join her (and her dog Phin) for a walk that will be a little under an hour long - getting outside in all weathers!
It is free to join for the walk, but please book a space so we know who to expect. Dogs are welcome, as long as they can be in the company of other dogs.
We meet at 11am in The Place to Pause & Breathe, and head over to the nature reserve.
There are paths in the nature reserve, but it can get muddy. Do wear good footwear, and clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. We won't be walking fast, but a having a moderate fitness level would be helpful. We will walk to the pace of the slowest walker - so don't worry about being left behind!
We also have our monthly Lunch Club - a time to get together to socialise over some food. We know that many people eat lunch alone - perhaps you work from home, or you live by yourself. Eating can be a communal occasion.
We invite you to bring your lunch along, and eat with us. Hot drinks and chat provided!
Join us from 12.15pm onwards. This is free to attend and everyone is welcome.
