Women's Circle: Woman - Bonnybridge

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe, 18 High Street, Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

Our monthly Women’s Circles offer a carefully held space for women to come together, share from the heart and listen deeply to one another.

Each circle will be shaped around a different theme, with questions and prompts to support reflection and sharing. This isn’t a support group, and the circle isn’t a place for offering advice, guidance or solutions. Instead, we will practise listening to one another without judgement or interruption, allowing each woman’s experience to be heard and honoured.

At the beginning of each circle, we will agree some shared principles around confidentiality, respectful listening and taking care of ourselves and one another. There will never be any pressure to speak—you are welcome to share, to listen, or to do a little of both.

The circles will take place on the second Friday of each month from 7–8.15pm. Each one will stand alone, so you are welcome to come to a single circle, attend whenever a theme speaks to you, or join us each month.

Our first theme will be Woman. Together, we will explore what this word means to us, the messages and expectations we have encountered, and something of our own experience of moving through the world as women.

The circles will be facilitated by Susie, who has undertaken training in holding circles safely and has experience of facilitating listening and sharing circles in a variety of settings.

This will take place on Friday 9th October, 17-8.15pm. It's £12 to come along, with a reduced rate available if the full price if unaffordable. There is the option to pay an additional £1, which goes toward our pay-it-forward spaces. Click here to book
