Yoga Nidra: Gathering In - on Zoom

As autumn settles around us, this Sunday evening Yoga Nidra offers an opportunity to pause, rest and gather yourself back in.

Inspired by the season, we’ll be drawing our energy inward, reflecting on what we want to carry with us and allowing anything no longer needed to fall away. Come and make yourself comfortable, listen to the practice and create some space before the new week begins.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.

Whether Yoga Nidra is familiar or completely new, all are welcome.

I hold online Yoga Nidras twice a month - the second Sunday and last Tuesday. If you'd like to set up an online membership for £20 per month, giving access to both live sessions plus a recording for 30 days, email: susie@pauseandbreathe.co.uk

This session is being held by Susie online on Sunday 11th October 8.45-9.30pm. It's £8 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £12 option for this. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option. Click here to book
