Yoga Nidra: Harvest Time - on Zoom

This Yoga Nidra tunes into the natural rhythm of late summer - when the first harvests come in, the light begins to subtly shift, and we begin to turn inward. We'll reflect over the year so far - noticing what's blossomed for us, what's changed - and what's ready to be gathered.

The energy of this Nidra is earthy and stabilising, ideal for deep rest and regulating your nervous system.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.

This session is being held by Susie online on Tuesday 26th August 8.30-9.15pm. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £10 option for this. Click here to book
