This Yoga Nidra is called Sheltered from the Rain – staying stable amongst turmoil. Being able to know when to take shelter, and then staying there - knowing that the rain will pass.
You might use your own sankalpa, or intention in this, if you have one – or I’ll be offering “I step back from the storm” it’s this idea that we can make an active choice to allow turbulence to pass us by – the idea of picking our battles. We’re taking on the persona of rest – not everything needs to be a fight. Not everything is our fight.
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.
This session is being held by Susie online on Tuesday 28th April 8.45-9.30pm. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable.
