Rona’s teaching style is gentle, invitational, and rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll find a space where you can move at your own pace and feel supported.
Classes weave together breathwork, movement and relaxation with community at the heart of every practice.
The sessions take place in The Place for Martial Arts & Wellbeing in Bo'ness on Mondays from 6.30-7.30pm. This block starts on Monday 12th January, running for 5 weeks.
This is the booking link for a 5-week block, which offer one session at half price. The 5-week block costs £36, with a reduced rate available if this is unaffordable. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. Rona has been loving and learning yoga for over 10 years and is a 500-hour Yoga Scotland Accredited Teacher. Endlessly curious, lover of books and the outdoors, Rona is also a legal librarian, proud mum to a teenage daughter and a very springy Springer Spaniel. She is committed to providing safe, supportive and inclusive yoga classes for everyone.
