2026 Intentions - Friday Wellbeing

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 18 High Street Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

Join us for a spacious, nourishing hour dedicated to setting intentions for 2026. This isn’t about resolutions, rules, or rigid goals. It’s not about success or failure. Instead, this workshop invites you to pause, reflect, and gently consider how you want to live your life in the year ahead.

Together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you — your values, your inner compass, and the qualities you want to cultivate. Through guided reflection and quiet contemplation, you’ll uncover your personal “word of the year”: a simple, meaningful anchor to guide your choices and energy throughout 2026.

This session offers a calm, supportive space to align with what feels authentic and life-affirming, helping you begin the new year feeling grounded, intentional, and connected to yourself.

Sueie will be the facilitator for this session.

This session is being held on Friday 16th January 10-11.30am, in The Place to Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge. The session costs £5 to attend. Hot drinks and snacks will be available. If the price means you're unable to attend, please email: susie@pauseandbreathe.co.uk to see if we have funds available in our pay it forward scheme. This session is included in membership - members can use their code to get a 100% discount. Click here to book
