Summer Chakra Groove - Free Friday Wellbeing

A joyful summer yoga groove session exploring the chakra energy centres through music, movement and fun! Plus some delicious relaxation at the end.

Join Lisa for accessible movement session that can be done from a chair or standing exploring our energy centres set to a banging summer playlist - think Chaka Khan meeting the Chakras. Not to be missed! 

Lisa Mulube from The Yoga Social will be the facilitator for this session.

This session is being held on Friday 21st August 10-11.30am, in The Place to Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge.

These sessions are free, as they have been funded by Falkirk Communities Mental Health & Wellbeing. They are designed to support participant's overall health and wellbeing, increasing community connections and reducing loneliness. Although they are free, please only book in if you are definitely attending as numbers are limited. If you do book in and then can't make it please cancel your booking, as we may have people on the waiting list. Meet Your Facilitator:

Lisa Mulube (She/Her) is a Yoga Therapist, Teacher, and Therapeutic Supervisor at The Minded Institute, London. She offers specialised yoga therapy programmes for mental health including stress, anxiety & ADHD and wellbeing programmes for workplaces. She offers her therapy services, indivdual and group yoga classes from her Yurt in the Fife countryside & online.

Lisa is a mum of 3, lover of art & textiles where she first started her career in the early 2000’s and is passionate about making meaningful connections and encouraging people to discover the glimmers that exist in the everyday demands of modern life.
