Our FREE Wellbeing session this week is "Group Hypnotherapy Session for Wellbeing and Managing Stress" with Kerry Anderson from Inner Wisdom Hoistic Therapies.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to induce a trance-like state in which an individual becomes more focused and open to suggestions. Helpful in addressing a range of issues.

Kerry is offering this group hypnotherapy session to allow people to experience the beneficial effects of hypnotherapy for stress management, sessions are relaxed and informal and will focus on reducing stress.

Please wear something warm and comfortable, and bring extra blankets and pillows if you need, for your own comfort, you will be lying down for around 45 mins.

Our Free Wellbeing Sessions are held every Friday morning in The Place to Pause and Breathe, Bonnybridge. These have been funded via Falkirk Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund. These sessions are held on an ongoing basis by Pause & Breathe, and we are delighted to welcome a range of guest facilitators throughout the year. You can come to all of them, or drop in and out. Please do book though, so we know how many people to expect.

The session takes place from 10-11am, with an open invitation to stay until 11.30am for a hot drink and a snack.

Meet your facilitator:

Kerry Anderson is the Founding Director of Brave, Strong, Beautiful. She is a married mum of 3 boys. She set up the social enterprise Hairdressing Training Academy in 2019, after many years of working in the hair and beauty industry and managing social care services. Her mission is investing in the future of young people in Scotland, providing training and employment opportunities and mental health support.

Kerry qualified as a Hypnotherapist and Counsellor from Queen Margaret University in 2016 and has delivered one to one and group sessions since then. She also works within a charity providing advice on Welfare Rights. She is passionate about the importance of good mental health and loves delivering sessions, helping people explore new ways to manage their own mental health and Stress.
