Join us for Chair Yoga Sessions. Chair Yoga can really make movement more accessible, we don't need to worry about getting down onto the mat - we sit in a way that's comfortable for us. There will always be a range of options offered for every movement, so you can choose the one that best fits you.
All of my Chair Yoga sessions are underpinned by the theme of "self-acceptance" - learning to move with the body in accordance with our own abilities. We take time to really tune into our bodies - moving in a way that's right for us. There are no expectations that we can all move in the same way - you find the way that's right for you.
This 4-week block has the theme of "Letting Go" - helping us to prepare for the season of Autumn. We'll be exploring themes of letting go of ego, of distraction and the inner critic as we move towards Autumn.
These sessions take place on Thursdays 6.15-7pm. The block starts on Thursday 18th September.

Meet Your facilitator:
Susie is the co-founder of Pause & Breathe - a social enterprise that prioritises making wellbeing fully accessible. She is an accredited Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness teacher, Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Qi Gong and Chair Yoga Facilitator and is just about to start training to teach Nia Dance.
Susie is passionate about creating safe spaces where participants can form connections and find community. She works with people to help them find self-acceptance, emotional balance and to get to know themselves better.
