Join Susie & Phil for a Sauna & Dip experience. Yes - the water will be cold, but the sauna will be hot! This is a great time of year to really experience the benefit of hot / cold therapy. You are in complete control of how long you spend in the water (and you don't have to go in at all).
This is being held at the Lake of Mentieth - enjoy the experience of going between the sauna and the Lake, for hot and cold therapy - great for both physical and mental wellbeing. Hot drinks and snacks provided. You might like to join us for a roast dinner at the hotel afterwards - using a 15% discount given to sauna guests.

This will be held on Sunday 4th January 12-1pm. Please bring whatever you need for the sauna and lake - you'll need swimwear, water shoes and two towels.

Susie is the co-founder of Pause & Breathe - a social enterprise that prioritises making wellbeing fully accessible. She is an accredited Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness teacher, Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Qi Gong and Chair Yoga Facilitator and is just about to start training to teach Nia Dance.
Susie is passionate about creating safe spaces where participants can form connections and find community. She works with people to help them find self-acceptance, emotional balance and to get to know themselves better.
