Wolf Moon Rest Circle - Bonnybridge

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 18 High Street Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

Held in the afternoon, with the Wolf Moon expected to appear before we leave the session (fingers crossed!), this afternoon is going to be a lazy start back following the festivities, and will help us welcome in this brand new year.

The Wolf Moon, is the first full moon of the year and serves as a symbolic fresh start. In 2026, the Wolf Moon appears in the zodiac sign of Cancer, heightening emotional awareness, intuition, and care. This includes for yourself, your home, and your dreams (the night ones and the waking ones).

Explore more about this, set some intentions for the month ahead, and enjoy a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation meditation) themed around this moon.

This Rest Circle will be held on Saturday 3rd January 3-5pm. It's £20 to come along, with a reduced rate for anyone who would struggle to pay the full amount. Just pick the rate that best fits your financial circumstances. Click here to book
