Relaxing into Self-Love Yoga Nidra - on Zoom

On Valentine's Day this year, why not do something different and offer yourself some love?

During our Yoga Nidra practice we'll be bringing in this theme of self-love – telling our bodies that we love them, using a visualisation technique and also some affirmations. Being so kind to ourselves can often feel quite alien, but it has such huge benefits.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.

This session is being held by Susie. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £10 option for this.
