Spring is no longer just beginning, it is moving. Beneath the surface, energy is gathering. Sap is rising. Roots are holding firm while new growth stretches upward.
This Yoga Nidra is an invitation to rest into that same quiet power within yourself. Not striving. Not forcing. But allowing strength to rise gently from the inside out. A practice of deep rest and quiet awakening. A space to reconnect with the strength that has been there all along.
Come as you are. Leave a little more rooted.
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.
This session is being held by Susie online on Tuesday 31st March 8.45-9.30pm. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable.
