Wellbeing Book Club: Online

Our Book Club meets every 2 months, to discuss a book based around wellbeing.

In this meet-up, we're going to be discussing "The Wakeful Body" by Willa Blythe Baker.

A synopsis of the book:

Tap into the wisdom of the body with down-to earth practices that allow the body to become the source of mindfulness. Willa Blythe Baker introduces meditation practice as the cultivation of a way of being rather than a way of doing. It is a way of being that is self-aware, self-compassionate, and embodied. This way of being is not limited to practice on the cushion or on the yoga mat - somatic mindfulness is available at any moment, activated by attention to the body's wisdom and teachings.

Fancy joining us? It's just £7 to come along. Everyone is welcome. This is held on zoom - so you can join from the comfort of your own home. Don't forget to bring a cuppa with you! Click here to book

We'll be meeting on Tuesday 23rd September 7-8pm. This session is facilitated by Susie.
