Yoga Nidra: Resting in the Darkness - on Zoom

As the nights grow longer and the seasons shift, we’re invited to slow down, turn inward, and discover the deep rest that can be found in darkness.

This guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice will support you to release tension, restore balance, and explore the fertile stillness of this time of year. Held close to Halloween and Samhain, the session will gently weave in imagery of facing fear with calm presence, transforming shadow into wisdom, and welcoming the mystery of the darker season.

No experience is needed. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and be guided into a state of deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra can help to:

  • Reduce stress and improve sleep

  • Support emotional balance

  • Encourage creativity and clarity

  • Offer a sense of safety and wholeness

You can come along in bed if you want to - with your favourite blanket, and anything else you need to keep you cosy.

Allow yourself to rest, reset, and be held by the nurturing darkness.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.

This session is being held by Susie online on Tuesday 28th October 8.45-9.30pm. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £10 option for this. Click here to book
