Qi Gong: a 6-Week Introduction - Bo'ness

A 6-Week course, introducing Shibashi Qi Gong moves. During the course of the 6 weeks, different 5 Element sets will be taught by Susie.

Qi Gong is a beautiful practice, which brings breath and body together. It's possible to practice sitting down, adaptations for movements will be shared to accommodate this.

The block starts on Monday 20th May, running from 7.30-8.30pm. Although this is designed to be attended as a course - it is possible to drop in for individual sessions.

Attend for the block of 6 sessions for £50. There is a 20% discount for anyone in receipt of their pension, on a lower income or a student. There is also a reduced rate for anyone who would not otherwise be able to attend. Please pick the rate that best fits your circumstances.

Meet Your Facilitator:

Susie worked as a Social Worker within Criminal Justice for 20 years, and is passionate about helping people to make difficult changes. Since the beginning of 2017, Susie has been delivering mindfulness within her local community in Falkirk. She co-founded Pause & Breathe CIC with her husband, Phil Blackburn and is delighted to have opened The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge, and The Place for Martial Arts & Wellbeing in Bo'ness - bringing people together in community.
